  1. Building Apps without Code– As a non-technical founder without a ton of money to spend, building without code was the best option for me. Here’s my 3 part story of how I  validated my idea, started generating revenue & got VC funding without writing a single line of code…
  2. Getting coached by a Google UX designer–  Totally the coolest thing I’ve done in while. I learned Google Venture’s 5-step process of designing products directly from an ex-Googler who worked on Inbox by Gmail. Here’s what I learned…
  3. Doing TEDx Talks– I got asked to present at TEDxDetroit . I also recently did a talk at The Lean Startup Conference. Video of that coming soon!
  4. Raising a $300,000 seed round from J.P. Morgan Innovation Fund, Google for Entrepreneurs,  and 500 Startups.
  5. Sharing everything I’m learning along the way– Subscribe to my email list if you want to learn what I’m learning. I try to keep it fun!

      My name is Leann and what an amazing door you have opened for so many. You are a true pioneer, paving the way. Great job and way to go girl!!! I am so excited about this because you have helped bring back hope to me and I’m sure for so many more who have a mind full of ideas but just didnt have the tools or means to see them through!!! I’ve had several of my ideas and some I even sketched and tried to see through to thier creation but only hit brick walls. Well brick walls do come down dont they?!!! I still have some ideas that have yet come to pass and I have held them close to my heart and hope to see them come to full fruition!!! It’s amazing to me that you have found a way for those of us dont know code to beable to create and I cant wait to learn more and get going!!! Thank you so much Tara for your pioneering pacing the way!!!!

  10. I want to do the challenge because if I pay, I am more accountable. I tend to procrastinate a lot. I have a notebook of ten pages full of ideas. Also, I read Brotopia and hate bro culture. I worked at TWO of the three big networks back in the day, and it was 96% male with all kinds of gross behavior that I kept quitting to avoid jyst before i got to a senior position. You give me hope because tech businesses are very polarizing from my research.

    Please clarify when the next bootcamp class starts. Also is the course self-paced? What dates are the intensive weekend sessions and the consulting sessions? I would like to join but I need to confirm I’ll be available for the prescribed dates.

  15. I need someone to call me @254-644-9783. Have an idea for an App for sports. I will do better talking with someone about this app that can help change college recruiting. Please call I am very serious about developing this App. it is needed in the recruiting process. Millions of user potential. I direct events in Texas and have been in youth sports for 15+ years.
